Non-returnable products: The following cannot be returned once shipped:
Cell lines and biological materials
Growth media and liquid supplements
Opened consumables and sterile products
Custom or made-to-order items
Cold chain products (cell lines, certain growth factors)
These products are excluded from returns due to:
Contamination risk from handling
Storage requirements outside our control
Sterility and quality assurance considerations
Perishable nature of biological materials
Defective or damaged items: If you receive products that are:
Damaged during shipping
Defective or not as described
Temperature-compromised (based on temperature indicators)
Contact the supplier directly within 24 hours of delivery. Suppliers will work with you to:
Arrange replacement at no charge
Issue credit for defective products
Investigate and resolve quality issues
Wrong item shipped: If you receive the wrong product, contact the supplier within 24 hours. They'll arrange return shipping and send the correct item.
