How do I track my Cellbase order?

Tracking information is provided automatically as your order is processed.

Order confirmation: Immediately after placing an order, you'll receive email confirmation with:

  • Order number

  • Items purchased

  • Expected processing time

  • Estimated delivery timeframe

Shipping notification: When the supplier ships your order, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email

  • Carrier tracking number

  • Direct link to carrier tracking page

  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking your shipment: Click the tracking link in your shipping email to see:

  • Current package location

  • Delivery progress

  • Estimated delivery time

  • Any delivery exceptions or delays

Multiple suppliers: Orders from multiple suppliers generate separate tracking emails as each supplier ships. Each shipment tracks independently.

Delivery issues: If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, or if delivery is significantly delayed, contact the supplier directly using the contact information in your shipping email or contact us for help.
