Ordering through Cellbase follows a straightforward process.
Step 1: Add to cart Browse products and click "Add to Cart" for items you want to purchase. You can order from multiple suppliers in a single session.
Step 2: Review cart Click the cart icon to review your selections. You'll see:
Items grouped by supplier
Individual shipping costs per supplier
Total cost including all shipping
Step 3: Checkout Proceed to checkout and provide:
Company name and delivery address
Contact information for delivery coordination
Purchase order number (if required by your organisation)
Step 4: Payment Select payment method (credit card or bank transfer) and complete payment. You'll receive immediate order confirmation via email.Step 5: Fulfilment Each supplier will process their portion of your order independently. You'll receive separate tracking information for each supplier's shipment.
Order tracking: Check order status anytime by clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email.
