Cellbase handles product listing creation for you. Simply provide your product information and our team creates professional listings optimised for the marketplace.

How the process works:

Step 1: Provide product information Send your product details to your Cellbase account manager. We'll provide you with a product information template covering:

Basic information:

  • Product name (clear, descriptive)

  • Category and subcategory

  • SKU/part number

  • Product description (or we can write it following our guidelines)

Technical specifications: Depending on product category, provide relevant specifications from a metadata template we’ll provide you with.

Pricing and availability:

  • Base price per unit

  • Available package sizes

  • Volume discount tiers (if applicable)

  • Stock status (in stock, made-to-order, typical lead time)

Shipping information:

  • Shipping methods you offer (standard, express, cold chain)

  • Regions you ship to

  • Estimated delivery timeframes by region

  • Product images (high-resolution, white background preferred)

  • Certificates of Analysis (COA)

  • Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

  • Technical specification sheets

  • Usage protocols or application notes (optional)
